The Queen of the Turf Stakes is a Group 1 race held at Royal Randwick Racecourse in Sydney, Australia, and is run during the Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival. It is over 1600 metres (just under 1 mile) and is exclusively for fillies and mares aged three years and older.

With a prize pool standing at $1 million AUD, the Queen of the Turf Stakes is one of the major races for female horses in Australia, attracting some of the best talent in the country to compete on Day 2 of The Championships every April.
